Quick answers
How do I start learning?
Create a device-local learner profile using a nickname, choose a class and board, then open Learn or the learning library. No parent PIN is required to access available sections.
Does Seedling cover every textbook?
No. Available content includes concept lessons and selected source-linked NCERT guides. The curriculum map shows incomplete mappings. Exact school books, editions, languages and independent teaching review are still needed for full coverage.
How do I save my writing?
Chapter adventure drafts save as you type. Use the explicit save action to submit a reflection to your private notebook. A draft is not a submitted reflection or a completed chapter.
How do I delete my information?
In Settings, choose Erase this device and confirm. You can also remove a learner from Learner profiles. Deletion updates the app’s local recovery copies. Files you previously exported or shared remain wherever you saved or sent them.
Are scores official school results?
No. Device practice, activity scores and practice certificates are learning aids. Local ranking uses consenting profiles on the same device. Public school-wide rankings and audited cloud services are not part of the current release.
How can I report a content error?
Tell us the class, subject, chapter title and question or lesson card, together with the relevant source edition and your correction. Independent teacher review is still pending; reports help prioritise improvements.
What works offline?
Bundled lessons, question banks, activities and device progress work offline. Official textbook links, this website and email support need a network connection. Device text-to-speech voices can depend on installed language resources.
